About me

My main interests lie in the intersection of political theory and new technologies with special focus on artificial intelligence and challenges it poses to politics and society. I am particularly interested in surveying the applications of AI and Big Data techniques and tools, such as machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing in political practice and research. The problems that fascinate me the most are related to the possibility of breaching disciplinary boundaries in studying how those tools can be used not only to improve or threaten the democratic process, but also to research and explain political behaviour.

I am co-creator of a start-up ProScholars.pl – an Internet platform dedicated to helping academics in disseminating their scientific output via social media.

I have a professional experience in various IT areas, especially web development (I worked as a PHP programmer), online advertising (SEO, SEM, SMM), graphic design (for commercial and non-commercial purposes) and DTP (books, journals). At the university, I worked as a helpdesk for users of most popular operating systems and office software.
